[HCDX] R.Vanuatu heard?

Hi
At 1050 GMT ,on 7260 khz ,I am hearing what sounds like a female
announcer with a male announcer doing a call in? show. Language sounds
like  a regional version of English . Signal is poor to fair at times
using the RX320 in AM mode and 3.9 filter. It sounds like I have a
second station on as well,but this one is way below the  signal of the
first .
Is Vanuatu on the air  still using this frequency? If not who could it
be I am hearing?
