[HCDX] SWB: 6285.07 kHz unID SS(?)

SWB MICROINFORMATIVO!   Quito 2/Ene/2004 22:09 hora
local

For the last hour I have been listening to a station
on 6285.07 kHz. AM mode with "workingsounds" and some
spanishspeaking(?) voices. Anyone else is hearing this
somewhat "strange" station?
