My guess would be Voz Evangelica, Ciudad de Guatemala which sometimes ID's
as "Radio VEA".

I am listening to the Javoradio remote receiver located in Caracas -
On 1570 khz there was a station with an ID at 0530utc identifying as
Radio Via or similar.
Any help would be appreciated
