[HCDX] Angola

Angola, 4950, Radio Nacional, Luanda, 0055-0130 Initially noted RAP 
music until 0100, then news given by a woman in Portuguese.  After the 
news a canned ID, "...Radio Nacional, Angola".  This followed by music 
and then a live call in program.  Signal was exceptionally good on the 
0100 hour and fade to fair by 0130.  Still is a good night for
