as a new comer I noticed a posting in bulletin 4020 regarding 12085 khz
unusual talk on Syrian freq by
A. Chaabane, Tunisia, Jan 06, 2004 for CRW via DXLD)

I believe what our man heard was a clandestine station
1600-1630  7470  Arabic R.  Arabic-WRN-CIS
smtwtfs 1600-1630  7470 RUS Samara A (WRN)
smtwtfs 1600-1630 12085 MDA Grigoriopol A (WRN)
