   1431 Feb 3 2130-         DJIBOUTI: R Sawa, Arta. As no other R Sawa
   transmitters are listed on this frequency, I believe this is Arta.
   According to IBB schedule they stream MRN6, so no // frequencies was
   found on MW/SW. Nice signal overriding the other stations on 1431.

   1431  Feb 1 1730-1810 Djibouti: Radio Sawa. Weak, testing with typical
   Sawa sound and mx. Some Spanish?? tune. Several breaks later and after
   about 40 minutes they signed off. Probably some antenna or transmitter
   troubles.  Couldn't hear them on Monday Feb 2 at the same time.QRM VoR
   and RAI. Loop is a must to get them out of the QRM. BE
