[HCDX] Loggings 2/14 and 2/15

Hi,

some quick loggings over Valentine's Day weekend here in the US.

2/14/03  0256  7160  Radio Tirana  SIO 544  Female announcer (on
sedatives? ;-) reading news, concluding with ID at 0300.

2/15/03  1145  4800  unid  SI0 311  dropping out at 1157 with SIO 222.
Mexican or Central Amer. station, male announcer with stretches of
music.  Very heavy QRM from ute.  No discernible ID at top of the hour.
