[HCDX] UNID Russian Station on 6115 kHz

Please DXers,

I heard an Unid russian station on 6115 kHz, from 0245hs, 0300 UTC ID
using local language. Need helps to ID, no mention in the ILG database.
Would be Radio Russia?
