   1575 Feb 26 2000-2200 France: Radio Nouveaux Talents, Paris region.
   This new station was first heard thru TdF tests from Meudon on Feb
   18th. On Feb 20th they signed off and was quiet until the 26th, when
   they started regular transmissions again. Mostly music and ID "RNT".
   Power 5 kW. In the mornings the reception is excellent in southern
   Sweden. Only RAI can be a problem early in the morning. BE

   Asia

   4749.96 Feb 27 1100-1110 Indonesia: RRI Makassar. Presumed, 1100-1110
   Noted a woman and man in Indonesian Language news. Haven't heard
   Makassar for awhile here and previously measured them on 4753 KHz, so
   the ID isn't certain on this broadcast. The signal was poor at tune
   in, but was fading in as the broadcast continued, resulting in a fair

   1270 Feb 27 0658-0708 Guatemala: TGCQ Radio Exlusica, Guatemala City.
   SS MOR discos romanticos & jingle ID "Radio Exclusica Guatemala,
   Guatemala bonjour." Fair signal mixing with CMJG Camaguey Cuba.
