[HCDX] RRI Ngada and Manggarai???

Question to the pundits: does anyone know whether or not Ngada and
Manggarai are presently active??? I'm sitting in Kathmandu with my Sony
ICF-2001D and a Sangean ATS-909. Presently reduced to their telescopic
whips as the wires have come down for some much needed house renovation
work.

During the last two days/nights I've heard very faint traces of music on
both 2899.3 and 2960 kHz, amidst tremendous noise, at around 10:30 and
22:00 UTC. These signals are extremely weak.

If they're neither of these two, what have I heard??? Harmonics, mixing
products...??? I do hear 2960 kHz on both radios, 2899.3 only on the
Sony though.

According to ILG Ngada runs 500W, Manggarai only 250W. Almost QRP
hihi...
