[HCDX] 4840 kHz

India, 4840, All India Radio,(Tent) 0025-0040  Noted a woman in 
possibly news until 0035 then another woman talks with a man.  Not
at all sure who this is? I am assuming it's AIR, but the signal is
too poor to copy the details.  (Chuck Bolland, March 1, 2004)
