then back to talk. Very poor under QRN, only able to

English, Brief window w/ surprisingly decent reception
at t/in. Music until talk at 1100, (p) conch shell
tone and YL w/ news, // 4890. Fair at t/in, then
deteriorating rapidly. (Barbour-NH)

4000, IRAN, VOIRI, 0217-0232, March 9, Tajik (listed),
Arabic-style music and talks, choral music at 0230
into Ko'ran like chanting. Very poor under ham traffic
at t/in, improving as hams leave frequency.

OM w/ ballads and talks, presumed ad /announcement
block, passing mention of "Radio Uncia", beginning to

12, Tigray?, OM and YL w/ talks and brief periods of
Horn of Africa music. Good at t/in, fading to poor by

Russian, OM w/ news and soundbites, lots of splatter
via Dr. Gene Scott 5935. Very poor,  // 7320 audible

Spanish, OM w/ news, music between items. Lengthy
announcement at 1040 w/ web, phone number and ID
followed by YL w/ field reports. Very good signal.

lengthy CFGB s/on announcement w/ CBN/CBC MW, FM

tuned for todays programming". CFGB'S "Labrador
Morning" at 0930 w/ CBC Radio News for the
Newfoundland/New Brunswick area. Choppy w/ fades.
