This morning, @0819 on 7154,7 kHz I heard a station relaying RAI Radio
 3. The signal was 100% synchronized with the local FM tx. May be a local
low power pirate? I've also thought about 7154,7/5=1430,94 kHz, but the
1431 channel is currently used only by RAI Radio 2. Or not? (Luca Botto

 20m, MFJ1026 and Mizuho AT2000)
