[HCDX] Radio Melodia, Peru

Peru, 5996.62, Unident, 1018-1100 Steady Spanish comments by different 
individuals with many mentions of "Peru" heard.  Still no direct ID 
heard due to weak signal. At 1055 ADs presented.  As mentioned in 
prior tipoff, this could possibly be Radio Melodia, Peru which was on 
5906 KHz briefly and here prior to that.  Signal peaked slightly at 
1048 UTC, but dropped back to threshold quickly. Cuba starts their 
Interval Signal on 6000 KHz at 1056 and blocks 5996 KHz.  (Chuck
