   5996.61 Mar 19 1028-1045 Peru: Tentative: Radio Melodia. Noted steady
   Spanish comments from a couple of men. At 1035 a series of Ads for
   just a minuted or two. No ID heard, but I am going out on a limb and
   giving this a Tentative as probably Radio Melodia based on the
   Frequency and format. Signal was threshold to poor. Chuck Bolland,
