Bolivia, 4716.72 Radio Yura, 1022 - 1035, Noted a woman in live
Spanish comments followed by music.  At 1026 a canned ID during
music, then more comments.  Signal was fluttering between threshold 
and poor, but by 1035 it had faded to nil except for the carrier.
