[HCDX] 1520-Oregon City/Portland Oregon is now SS and KGDD

If you hear SS on 1520, you might be hearing the new KGDD-Oregon
City-Portland, OR station. They have changed calls and format. The SS
sounds more Regional Mexican. I first thought Ranchera, as they play a
lot of that, but other stuff too. IDs on the hour in EE & SS "KGDD
Oregon City-Portland"
