[HCDX] DXAsia update completed

Alok das Gupta and Victor Goonetilleke have asked me to pass on the news
that their Website DXAsia (www.dxasia.info) has now been updated for the A04
broadcasting season. DXAsia is exclusively devoted to transmissions from and
to South Asia. During monitoring checks, quite a few last-minute frequency
changes were observed which may not be included in official schedules. The
schedules will be continuously updated as changes are reported or monitored.
