3, Spanish, Continuos Spanish pop-like ballads. No IDs
or announcements noted. Poor/fair signal w/ a few

OM w/ talk b/w pop music and ballads, presumed news
bulletin at 2200. Several IDs. Weak at t/in but

"Breathless" OM over vocal music, ID/news bulletin at
1900, more music and talk. Good. No sign of 11990. Has
Kuwait abandoned that frequency? Do they still have an

French, YL at t/in w/ news re Saddam Hussein, items re
Congo b/w Afropop instrumental bits. Several IDs w/ FM

English/French, English service w/ news of Likud vote
and weekend violence, Middle East and Int'l news
items, stock rpt and weather. "Shalom" at 1924 then 6
minute IS loop until French service at 1930. Fair as
