[HCDX] 15500kHz

Hi all,

MIDDLE EAST??? 15500, 1530-1545, UNID May 5 extremely weak with very
deep fades, best on LSB, traces of Arab style music and occasional
announcements in unintelligible language, possibly Urdu, but thats a
rather wild guess, could this be one of those 250w 'MARLO' stations???.
