Unknown RFI transmitter - 6145 kHz

This morning (31 MAY 2004, before 0400 UTC) I heard an unknown RFI (Radio France
Internationale) transmitter on 6145 kHz. What could it be?
Weak signal here in the middle of Europe. Several RFI - IDs heard.
