[HCDX] 1169 ... who is it ?

Can someone confirm if a signal I noted on 1169
last night (UTC: 0022, 23 JUL) is the Iranian
station that had been on 1171 ?  Mostly a het
with fragmentary audio (reception from Granite
Pier in Rockport, MA, USA a bit after local
sunset).
