[HCDX] BBG R. Free Afghanistan (etc.) re-heard

Thank you all for the precious infos. You're right, the non-reception of 
BBG R. Free Afghanistan was caused by propagation disturbances and in 
fact today @0700-0720 UTC the station reappeared on 19010 kHz, even if 
the S-meters of my receivers were blocked on the zero. At the same time 
it was also very low but clear China R. International on 17490 kHz 
(usually here S8-9!) and on 13mb some stations had fast peaks. A station 
unheard this morning was instead Suara Malaysia on 15295 kHz.
