from 30th of July I am under vacations! The latest two days I was
mostly dedicated to morning DXing as you will see from the logs below
Several logs of 30th:
21490 unIDed , 1455-1500 talks in pres Ethiopian with also traditional
songs . At 1459 QRm from BBC African in English then s/off Is it BBC
Somali service as per WRTHA04?
ON 3rd August with S3 on R75
SPORE 7235 Warna 1450 Station QRMed by VOA Korean service till
15o0. Warna's signal is quite low at that time but at1530 is quite good
with clear audio
ON 3rd august with S9 at 1517 and quite nice audio , 1524
song version of Fitri 'bukan kemahuan fikiran'
PAKISTAN 15100 Radio Pakistan Urdu service? 1510 with talks , and
continuously with talks at every tune in
All above with Degen 1102 , on bed and 2 m stranded wire
-New logs / 2&3-8-4 using R75 and 2x16 m inverted V or 6 m
horizontal .

4775 0344 Brazil? hrd inPP 22332 S5
4810 0345 Yerevan? 22322 S4
4875 0346 Difusira roraima? 24332 S5
4885 twoBR stations 2xxx2 S5
4985 0352 R B central 24332 S5
Also
CUBA 5025 R Rebelde 0428 OM in SP and joyful samba like songs At
TOH(0500) with ID 'de Havana la emission de la revolution' and with
passionate songs. Station seem to disappear after 0510-0520
Nice signal at S6 on 0428 ,33433 with buzzer QRM at 5026
Also RHC at 0500 has been heard on 9655( 32432 at0500 QRM
Finland), 9550(32432 S5 QRM 9445, again 0530 with 33433) and
9820(33433 S5 QRM 9830 Crotia , 0530 as 32432) as per BCDX
676/8-7 Liangas , August 2nd Thessaloniki Greece
BRAZIL RN Brazil has been found on 9665 instead of 9668 as stated
in the first version of WRTH ( the version I printed). At 0535 with
sports program and seemingly interview. Many refs to brazil and
musical passages . Abt S5 with 10 db preamp . Good only on LSB
.Also audible at 0425 Liangas , August 2nd Thessaloniki Greece
COSTA RICA 5029 possibly University Network at 0445 . Nearly
inaudible Liangas , August 2nd Thessaloniki Greece
ICELAND : AFN on 0515 7590 at S2 with 10 dbv preamplifier //9980
<S1 with 10db preamplifier splash 9985 WEWN? [relig prg in Spanish]

programming. Both on DSB and low signals !! Again heard on 3th
same time cf. DBS#6
Also 7110 /6010 at 0646 on 3rd with light songs AY 0650 YL with news
in RR > A little later heard ID 'Byelorusskaya Radio' Signals

CHINA 17650 CRI in Chinese, pop songs IS at 0800 . 34333 Wiped
out completely by R Japan JJ service from Ascension west African sce.
17550 CNR 0410 phone ins or news reports 24342 //17580 -relay 0.2
secs- S0/ 17605 no S //17615 no S
Also 17670 CNR at 0934 no signal level
Also 17490 on 3th at 0533 in English talks abt reforms 33433 Again on
0930 with English prg. S4, 34333
AFGHANISTAN re Fiora's msg in DXLDyg 4-116 . 19010 with R Free
Afghanistan has been heard on 0940 fair , but not signal level on R75
//17685 good as per March 30 DXLD Both clear Mostly talks ( hear
again 1038) Again heard on 3th from 0400
Cland 7460 RASD 0702 OM with empathic talks in Arabic " idaatu ...
saharawi' calling Carlos Fernando Ayad for a talk from TVE . There is a
speech in Spanish and possible translation in Arabic. signal was 4 at
0703 but gradually lowering to S0 on 0723 Liangas , August 3rd

INDIA 15075 AIR 0450 with songs 12442 S0 //15185 13432 //17715
34443 overloaded audio Liangas , August 3rd Thessaloniki Greece
M'SIA 15295 V o Islam heard with songs at 0453 and 144432 S0 till
0500 when RFIO starts and wipes them in full. Again heard on 0853
with S9 mevels and slightly overloaded Liangas , August 3rd

RJapan with lower signal.S9 33322
Hrd again on1600 with nice signal on degen 1102 no QRM from RFoi
with narrow filter . At 1720 R75 with up tp S9 but with soem QRM from
RFI 15300
AUSTRALIA 15415 Radio Australia at 0505 with news and ID in
Indonesian //21680 till 0530 when 21680 signs off, then with English.
Hear again on 0605 being in //13630 with news and on 0616 with sports
prg. A discussion with someone on 0620 about BBC. All signals at S2
max signal 15415 suffered on 05xx QRm from DW? S5 at -5kHz , and
BBC? S7 at +5kHz Liangas
Also 9805 with news at 1458 //6080 full of QRM . ref to ABC
www.abc.net.au with S6 34333. U r watching to RA and prg continues
after 1500 //11750 S2, 32332.Clear till 1600 possibly fom RFE
V International series of logs:
Indon prg 17820 talks abt 0605 distances between points/cities web
address mini self ID and addresses in Jakarta etc Signal S0, 12432
August 2nd checked also with De1102 with a little better signal
outdoors.
Also possible 13660 at 1507 with CC prg a station in Arabic . same
level at 1541 at S5 mean 32332.Clear at abt 1555. QRM back on 1600
Indon prg at 14xx 7180 QRM de by VoTurkey greek sce. Heard
dangdut hip hop song (Indon my country) !! 1537 clear freq with talks
by OM and YL Also on degen. Till 1600 when powerhouses open on
+and -5kHz
English prg at 1535 on 13635 with S9 but 31332 QRM from 630 and
640 CRI? clear at 1550 till 1600*

NEW ZEALAND 6095 RNZI 1610with a mix of pacific and western pop
songs At 1633 with a mix of local and English talks .S9 Best on USB
due to strong QRM from 0690 prg in Farsi at S20 ! tune in 1724 but
very difficult reception even with USB!S2
11820 at morning local times (04-07 UTC listed) has been tried many
times on 2nd 3rd but not signal at all, even a trace
9845 at 1748 not audible! August 3rd THS Greece
PHLIPINES ? 15450 continuous talks in CC by OM at 0620 Again on
0738. 214x2 very strong QRM by 15445 Swiss Info even when using
USB Liangas , August 3rd Thessaloniki Greece
Also R Pilipinas at 1935 and 1950 on 11720 S9 , 32332 best on AM
narrow // 11590 34232 // 17720 S0 .Music at 1950 August 3rd THS
