[HCDX] Radio Pakistan is now using 4740 kHz instead of 4790 kHz

Dear DX Friends,

It has been observed that Radio Pakistan is today using 4740 kHz for it's
evening transmission instead 4790 kHz.
4790 kHz is clear today ie 13 September,2004 .
It is still not confirmed whether this is a permanent change or temporary
one.
