[HCDX] Libya on MW 690 khz

Solved the 690 unid - it is Libya, // to 1449. Not sure if it is a "regular"
tx or just some harmonic. Weak, but causing a heterodyne to 693, fading in
around 16:30 and sometimes going on all evening. Subsequent to the
identification, I did some more carrier monitoring on 690. The results can
be found at http://www.myradiobase.com/mediumwave/spectrum24_690.htm 

Anybode else on this world noted LBY on 690 ??
