[HCDX] couple Bolivians

Bolivia, 4716.75, Radio Yura, 0930-0945 Noted a man in comments using a vernacular language. This followed with a long period of Bolivian music. At 0940 the signal improved slightly. According to GeoClock, the grayline or zone, was just passing over La Paz at that time. Signal was fair. (Chuck Bolland, October 23, 2004)

Bolivia, 4845.20, Radio Municipal, 0945-0954, Just man in comments accompanied with music. Signal was good when no QRM present. There's a terrible automatic radio signal that comes up periodically and blocks this frequency. I suppose they don't hear it in Bolivia? (Chuck Bolland, October 23, 2004)
