[HCDX] unid
Takijistan,4760, Radio Liberty (Presumed), 0130-0200 Noted
a man and woman in conversation. Couldn't ident language
since signal was threshold. Signal went off at 0200 exactly
as per the posted schedule for Radio Liberty on this freq at
0100-0200 in Uzbek language. (Chuck Bolland, October 26, 2004)
