[HCDX] BBC e-qsl? Is this acceptable?

Hi Dxers,

For years like many other ordinary dxers, I have been chasing a qsl verification from BBC world service for my numerous reception reports, but unfortunately the response has been same, that BBC do not verify reception report.

Recently I found another email address on the Internet and decided to try once more again. Well this time I got the reply below. Please is this an acceptable verification? I would love to hear your comments.

73,

Emmanuel
