[HCDX] Leonid Meteor Shower Peaks Tonight into Wednesday Morning

November sees the return of the Leonids shower. The actually number of
meteors per hour is variable at present. However, we expect the rate will be
around 10-15 'shooting stars' an hour, peaking around the 17th. The crescent
Moon around this time presents no problems as it will have set by the time
the shower gets going.

(Any expectation of radio propagation effects?)
