[HCDX] tropo and meteor scatter

Hello to all of you !

The past night, when I heard 93Q (WNTQ) out of Syracruse with fair reception
on the car-radio around 8 PM until about 8:07 PM (0107 UTC) when they
dropped to threshold reception of the Ottawa ethnic station. They played a
mix of pop/rock and R&B hits and their slogan was "93Q, The Number 1 Hit
Music Station". They gived full legal ID at 2100 UTC (8PM EST) and announced
to have a program with the most requested songs of the day. Also unid
English on 93.3, but dropped rapidly to CJMF (Quebec City). Had an unID NPR
station on 90.1. Also had brief meteor scatter bursts due to the Leonids,
the most significative one was Spanish on 93.1, over WNTQ.

Condx on AM and shortwave are extremely poor. Even Rebelde on 5025 is very
poor and nothing from Latin America on mediumwave since almost two weeks.

73 and good DX,
Bogdan
