Can anyone answer this about TWR?

Is TWR Europe, MW 1467mhz from Albania or Monaco, France?

Is TWR is using SW transmitter from Russia and Uruguay, if yes what 

frequencies would that be?

And there 1710-1725 GMT broadcast in English on 5855kHz is from where?

Any reliable email address of TWR Africa?
