Peru, 9504.37, Radio Tacna,(pres) 1029-1048 Noted mainly
Spanish comments from different men. Some canned promos and
possibly ID at 1050. Signal never got better than threshold
during the period, but around 1045 it seemed slightly more
solid relatively speaking, for a few minutes. (Chuck
