[HCDX] Identity of station heard

Heard a station last Saturday night, around 2100 EST, while in Ohio coming over 840 WHAS. It came up quickly, with strong signal for a few minutes before fading away. Played music like heard on All India Radio, traditional Hindi music. Anyone have an idea as to what I may have heard?
