[HCDX] Does Shortwave Have A Future?

Dear All,

I am somewhat new to SWL and am considering upgrading my reciever.
With all I hear going around, however, about the decline of SW and
interference from BPL, is it really worth it? Will there be any
shortwave to listen to in 5 years?
