[HCDX] Radio Nepal

Radio Nepal, Kumaltar,  is not heard on daily basis. However pretty good reception noted February 2 at 16 UTC. S7-8/2-3. Frequency is 5005,35 kHz. In the 70´s, did they use 3415 kHz. That was a good one. Just now Feb 11 at 1615 UTC no trace of Nepal on 5005 kW. What´s the transmitting power?
