[HCDX] UNID on 9370

On January 13 at 1435Z, I heard a weak (but clear) station with Arabic-style chants and music.  I wasn't able to stay with the station long (I had to leave for work) and they never stopped with the music so I don't know the language.  The only station I see listed here is WTJC and obviously this wasn't them!  Any ideas as to who this *might* be?
