[HCDX] Europa Radio International acquires TX

Europa Radio International has acquired a refurbished 5 kilowatt AM
transmitter which is to be installed at a site in the former Soviet Union.
The transmitter will be shipped next month and, after conversion work to
double its output power and the antenna system has been upgraded, we aim to
have it operational by late Summer 2005.

Whilst the transmitter will be owned by us, it will be operated and
maintained by a former engineer at the (until now) redundant site.

We anticipate that we will have some air-time available for hire at a later
date.

In the interim Europa Radio International will continue to use the excellent
transmission facilities in Latvia and shortly, a second transmitter in the
United States.

HISTORY:

We carried out our first test broadcast via the 100kW Short-Wave transmitter
located at Ulbroka near Riga in Latvia.

The transmission took place on September 5th, 2004 and the response to the
broadcast was overwhelming with listeners contacting us from all over the
World
