[HCDX] VO Biafra 7380
Jan 19 at 2145- picked ip Voice of Biafra from Meyerton, South Africa, in English and listed Igbo, with anti-Nigeria talks. 2200* with clear ID (as being produced in Washington DC) and "Good Bless and Keep Biafra". Fair sig but audio was hard to follow.
