[HCDX] Couple of DX
Indonesia, 4789.93, RRI Fak Fak, 0920-0935 Noted mainly Islamic type music
until 0931 when
possible ID given followed by Indonesian comments from a man. At 0933 back
to music. Signal was poor. (Chuck Bolland, April 21, 2005)
Peru, 4386.53, Radio Imperia, 0957-1005 Noted a live Religious program with
audience and
participants. On the hour no break for ID. Religious program was probably
recorded earlier
thus not being live in the true sense. Signal was good. (Chuck Bolland,

Brazil, 11780, Radio Nacional da Amazonia, 1041-1055 Noted a woman in
steady Portuguese comments. Heard "Amazonian" often. At 1052 ll ID given
as, "Bon Dia ... Radio Nacional da Amazonia ... Brazil ... emissora Radio
Bras." After a few more brief comments, music presented until the hour.
Signal was armchair with all interference tuned out via an outside medium
wave loop. It was very effective. (Chuck Bolland, April 21, 2005)
