[HCDX] UNID Digest, Vol 29, Issue 1

Can anyone help with strange UNID station heard between 0515 or so past 0600 on 5\19 playing soft musicak interval signal on 6175 khz.  Listened to this for over an hour -- only one quick interruption by male in Russian or other similar Slavic language then back to un-ending interval signal.
