Taiwan, 9780, Radio Taiwan International, 1059-1115 Noted a program of
mainly
comments from various persons in Mandarin.  Noted parallel program on 11715
KHz.
Signal on both freqs was poor with fading.  (Chuck Bolland, June 2, 2005)
