WRTH 2005 shows exactly same Lusaka coordinates for CV. But not being to the
second, I would not assume it is ncessarily the same site as ZNBC.
Not much info here, but they do talk about having their own compound:

HFCC also shows LUS at same coords for the CV frequencies.
