   11885 Aug 3 0009-0015 Egypt: Radio Cairo. Radio Cairo booms here in
   Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with a seven to ten over but is almost not
   understandable due to muffled audio. The music sounds clear but the
   announcers are having a clarity problem. Anyone else notice this? Rich
