For those of you who are looking for a RARE DX CATCH and QSL:

Tropical Storm Katrina has formed and South Florida has been put under 
Hurricane Watch with projected path towards Miami.

WX4NHC, Ham Station located at the National Hurricane Center, offers QSL 
cards - operations under these conditions.  Some of the frequencies are only 
attended DURING A HURRICANE!  Here's a QSL worth working for Shortwave
