[HCDX] Is WJIE Shortwave Silent ??
Is WJIE shortwave from Kentucky, U.S.A. off the air?
I have been checking for them for sometime, using the
published skeds on several of the DXing websites, with
no luck. The 2 frequencies I see posted for them are
7490 and 13595. I don't hear them on 13 megs, and the
41 meter frequency is occupied by WHRI.
If they're not silent, have they changed frequencies
and/or times?
