Sweden on 1179 is heard here several times a year, but the SER outlets
(Canary Islands & Spain) usually top that frequency. Other stations
such
as Romania and Greece have also been heard on 1179, but much less
regularly than either Sweden or the SER outlets.

Hello. I'm just wondering how far S?lvesborg MW (Swe) on 1179KHz can be
heard? I have a covering map but those are rarely reliable. It would
cover for more then the calculations. It stands at the seaside of the
Baltic Sea in south east Sweden with main directions 65deg and 225deg
(600kW PEP - 2000kW ERP) together with sea gain.
Anyone ex. from the US that has heard it?
