[HCDX] Radio Monte Carlo
Monitored 6040 khz between 0300-0320Z, 10/3/05, and found R. Canada Int'l
signing on with RCI IS & ID, then "R. Monte Carlo" and many news items in
assumed Arabic. Transmission abruptly cut off at 0320. So the recently
reported R. Monte Carlo is being relayed by RCI, not a direct
transmission from RMC.
