[HCDX] Monitoring in JAPAN
CHINA
Yunnan PBS Chinese sce on 6035kHz (-1100-1500 s/off) and
Minority sce on 6937kHz (1050 s/on - 1500 s/off) seem to
begin regularly broadcast.
So YunnanBS, serviced with Chinese and Vietnamese for
neighbor, is not carried.
Mr. S.Aoki, NDXC says it is considered to new TX.
RUSSIA
On 11th Oct, GTRK-Kamchatka-5920kHz relayed local program
of Palana, Koryak Avt.Obl. from 1910 to 2000. I confirmed
only this day, so I can not suggest its regularity. Only
Tuesday? Recorded audio sample is

VIETNAM
In early Oct, DienBien BS QSY from 6442VkHz to 6377VkHz.
