[HCDX] China

China, 7305, Central People's Broadcasting Station, 1050-1105+  Noted a man
in Chinese comments.  At 1058, a carrier tunes up for a couple of seconds
blocking China.  At 1059, time tics before the hour and then music.  A FAX
signal on top of China on the hour blocking everything.  China's signal was
fair until the hour, then almost impossible to
